About Me

My name is Jennifer Lajeunesse-Bruntjen and I am a bilingual Dental Hygienist from Northern Ontario.  In 2000, at the age of 17, I enrolled in the Dental Assisting program (Windsor).  In 2003, I graduated with honors from the Dental Hygiene program at Cambrian College (Sudbury).

A brave and amazing decision was then made to move to Alberta after graduation.  My knowledge, skill and technique expanded for 10 years in Fort McMurray before settling in Calgary in 2014.  I have self-trained, with pride, to work efficiently and effectively within the diversity of Alberta’s population.  My passion for dental and overall health during the past 20 years led me to pursue my career in the specialty of periodontics.

I cherish supporting and educating my patients as much as providing complete oral care with compassion. When I am not motivating the public and improving smiles, I find comfort in cooking, weightlifting, and have recently enjoyed gardening and wine making.
